Business Value Assessment

ߣÍÃÊÓƵ will review the current environment and company business initiatives for growth and improvement.  We analyze the impacts of these initiatives on the People, Technology and Processes within the company and develop a proposed roadmap of changes to help enable these initiatives.  Through this process, ߣÍÃÊÓƵ will also help develop a cost justification for any changes.

Requirements Definition and Statement of Work

Before starting a PLM implementation, ߣÍÃÊÓƵ works with the customer to create a detailed requirements definition, phased implementation plan and Statement of Work.  The tasks for the project are clearly defined for the ߣÍÃÊÓƵ consultants and customer team members.

Design & Development

ߣÍÃÊÓƵ works with the customer Core Team to define the detailed functional requirements for the solution.  Using pre-defined industry templates and a set of configuration tools, ߣÍÃÊÓƵ can quickly configure ENOVIA V6 to the customer’s requirements.  The system is then tested with a customer pilot team and refined until fully accepted by the customer.
